The noble Prophet, upon him be peace and blessings, declared that he was a Prophet and, to prove his Prophethood, presented the glorious Qur'an and nearly 1,000 miracles. Their occurrence cannot be denied, for even the most obstinate unbelievers only charged him with sorcery. Unable to deny the miracles, they took them to be—God forbid!—sorcery to justify their unbelief and continued misguidance of their followers.
His miracles have been confirmed and reported unanimously by the Hadith authorities. A miracle is the Creator's confirmation of his Prophethood, as it says, in effect: "You have spoken the truth."
1-Islam's claim about the 360 joints in the human body was proven to be true!
"Aisha reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: Every one of the children of Adam has been created with three hundred and sixty joints; so he who declares the Glory of Allah, praises Allah, declares Allah to be One, Glorifies Allah, and seeks forgiveness from Allah, and removes stone, or thorn, or bone from people's path, and enjoins what is good and forbids from evil, to the number of those three hundred and sixty-four, will walk that day having removed himself from Hell. (Translation of Sahih Muslim, The Book of Zakat (Kitab Al-Zakat), Book 005, Number 2199)"
Narrated Buraydah ibn al-Hasib: "I heard the Apostle of Allah peace_be_upon_him) say: A human being has three hundred and sixty joints for each of which he must give alms. The people asked him: Who is capable of doing this? He replied: It may be mucus in the mosque which you bury, and something which you remove from the road; but if you do not find such, two rak'ahs in the forenoon will be sufficient for you. (Translation of Sunan Abu-Dawud, General Behavior (Kitab Al-Adab), Book 41, Number 5222)"
The Scientific Fact:
The joint is a point of articulation of two bones, a bone and gristle, or two gristles in any part of the human body.
The total number of joints, according to scientists, is:
1- Skull joints: 86
2- Throat joints: 6
3- Thorax joints: 66
4- Spine and Pelvis joints: 76
5- Upper limbs: 32 x 2 = 64
6- Lower limbs: 31 x 2= 62
Total number of joints: 360
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said that the number of joints in the human body is 360, although at that time it was impossible to know such information, for most of the joints are very small and hard to see with the naked eye. The exact number of joints was not discovered until development in the fields of anatomy and histology.
Thus, the Prophet (peace be upon him) accurately pinpointed the number of joints fourteen centuries ago while modern anatomy came to assert this scientific fact only recently.
2-prophet muhammed said:
{The male semen is white and the female semen is yellowish. When the two meet and the male semen overpowers the female semen, it will be male; when the female semen overpowers the male semen, it will be female.} „
{He is created of both, the semen of the man and the semen of the woman. The man's semen is thick and forms the bones and the tendons. The woman's semen is fine and forms the flesh and blood.}
SCIENTIFIC FACT:
The Y chromosome carries characteristics of masculinity, while the X chromosome carries those of femininity. In the mother's egg, there is only the X chromosome, which determines female characteristics. In the semen from the father, there are sperms that includes either X or Y chromosomes. Therefore, the sex of the baby depends on whether the sperm fertilising the egg contains an X or Y chromosome. In other words, as stated in the verse, the factor determining the sex of the baby is the semen, which comes from the father. This knowledge,is known at a time where it is impossible to know this information ,it is evidence to the fact that the muhammed-peace be upon him-is the messanger of ALLAH.
3-Imam Muslim narrates in his Sahih that God’s Messenger declared:
When a dog has licked a bowl of yours, clean it seven times, first time with earth, the other six with water.19
SCIENTIFIC FACT:
This hadith contains the following medical principles:
• Dogs may be carrying the microbes of certain diseases possibly communicable to human beings, a fact which has only recently been discovered.
• The saliva of dogs, like their excrement, may contain substances greatly injurious to man’s health.
• At the time of the Prophet, upon him be peace and blessings, neither disinfection nor sterilization was known. Nevertheless, God’s Messenger, being a Prophet taught by the All-Knowing, recommends earth to clean a bowl licked by a dog. We know today that earth is a good antiseptic containing substances like tetracycline.
4-Prophet Mohummed says:
"If a fly falls into one of your containers [of food or drink], immerse it completely (falyaghmis-hu kullahu) before removing it, for under one of its wings there is venom and under another there is its antidote. "
"Medically it is well known now that a fly carries some pathagens on some parts of its body as mentioned by the Prophet (before 1400 years. approx. when the humans knew very little of modern medicine.) Similarly Allah created organisms and other mechanisms which kill these pathagens e.g. penicillin Fungus kills pathogenic organisms like Staphalococci and others etc. Recently experiments have been done under supervision which indicate that a fly carries the disease (pathagens) plus the antidote for those organ-isms. Ordinarily when a fly touches a liquid food it infects the liquid with its pathogens, so it must be dipped in order to release also the antidote for those pathogens to act as a counter balance to the pathogens.

The Prophet Muhammad - upon him and his House blessings and peace - alluded to both facts 1,400 years ago when he said, as narrated from Abu Hurayra and Abu Sa`id al-Khudri by al-Bukhari and in the Sunan
Only in modern times was it discovered that the common fly carried parasitic pathogens for many diseases including malaria, typhoid fever, cholera, and others. It was also discovered that the fly carried parasitic bacteriophagic fungi capable of fighting the germs of all these diseases.
